Creation, organization and maintenance of modern, sophisticated Web pages requires knowledge of general design principles, image editing, and server-side programming techniques. Students may choose to specialize in Web Graphics concentrating more on design features, or specialize in Web Scripting, concentrating more on Web programming techniques. Some courses in this program are also offered through Distance Education.
Courses are open to ALL students. Each course requires some understanding of the Windows environment, and a working knowledge of Internet resources. If you are unfamiliar with computers or the Internet it is recommended you complete one or both of the following courses: WORKSHOP FOR WINDOWS (INFOBW001), COMPUTER BASICS WITH WINDOWS, WORD AND EXCEL (INFO10053 or INFO10113 or INFO10156).
