This program is intended for managers or supervisors in social service agencies, community service, charitable or not-for-profit organizations. Professional leaders in the community with extensive and relevant knowledge, skills and experience facilitate the courses.
All students entering the certificate program must attend the Mission, Vision and Values workshop held at the beginning of each semester. The content in this one day workshop is an essential foundation of knowledge to all of the courses in the certificate program.
