Sensory Loss Techniques

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Develop skills for working with individuals who are visually impaired.  As a program graduate, you might find employment in schools, daycares or nursery schools, residential facilities or associations providing group home or respite care.

Sensory Loss Techniques Certificate – Vision - please note that courses will not be offered past Spring 2010 semester.

The Sensory Loss Techniques – The Deafblindness and Hearing streams will no longer be offered online.

Completion of the four Braille courses earns you an Acknowledgement of Completion as a Braillist.
It is your responsibility to acquire a Perkins Brailler.  As supply is limited, please ensure that you have arranged for a Brailler prior to registering.
