TOWES is a tool used to assess the essential workplace skills of employees or potential employees and designed to respond to the identified needs of business and industry and the community. The assessment evaluates a client’s skills against specific occupational profiles, providing workplace-based criteria to assess academic and other essential skills in relation to the individual’s job and career path requirements.
