College and Career Preparation

These tuition-free programs provide participants with the opportunity to upgrade their academic skills to reach their personal goals of employment, further education or training.

GED Preparation is available through the College and Career Preparation Program. For more information, call 905-575-2029.
NOTE: The GED certificate is obtained by passing the GED exam set by the Ministry of Education and administered through the ILC.   For more information on how to register and write your GED test, please go to www.ilc.org or call 1-800-573-7022.

Academic Upgrading - ACE

Tuition-free program to achieve Grade 12 equivalency for admission purposes to college or apprenticeship or employment opportunities

Deaf Empowerment Program

This tuition-free program provides academic upgrading for deaf adults taught in ASL

Language Instruction for Newcomers

Tuition-free program to assist immigrants and refugees in their integration by developing their linguistic communication skills

LINC for Youth Project

This new FREE program is available to LINC eligible youth 18 - 25 years old.
