- Successful completion of
- Practicum Preparation (WORK 10018)
- Recreation Programming (RECL RL230)
- Introduction to Community and Leisure Services (RL121)
- Recreation Technology (RL422)
- Recreation for Diverse Populations (RECL 10010)
Pre-requisite for WORK RL242 (2nd year practicum)
- Successful completion of Practicum 1 (RL142)
- AND all Recreation courses in year one
Recreation Programming, Introduction to Community and Leisure Services, Recreation Technology, Recreation for Diverse Populations, Foundations of Inclusive Therapeutic Recreation, Recreation Administration, Group Dynamics)
WORK RL242 (2nd Year Practicum) New Placement
- Students who achieve a GPA of 70% or higher are eligible to secure a new agency of their choice not currently on the Recreation and Leisure Services database.
