Mohawk's KPI Results
The annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) survey is administered at all 24 Ontario colleges each year by an independent research firm for the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU). Students, graduates and employers are surveyed to measure their satisfaction with the programs, facilities and services offered by Colleges in Ontario. The results of the 2011-12 survey were released on April 18, 2012.
Mohawk students recorded the highest overall satisfaction scores since the KPI survey began in 1999. At 82 percent, Mohawk’s score is the third highest among Ontario’s 24 colleges and the highest among the eight largest colleges in Ontario.
For two years in a row, Mohawk has achieved the highest overall student satisfaction score among Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) colleges. Mohawk has improved in all four of the student satisfaction capstone questions, the largest improvements are in Quality of Facilities/Resources and Quality of Services. In Graduation Rates and Employer Satisfaction, the results remained similar to the previous year. Graduate Satisfaction and Graduate Employment rates declined.
