Alumni of Distinction Nomination Form
To help Mohawk select the best possible candidates, we invite you to nominate individuals that you feel are deserving of this prestigious award. All Mohawk Graduates are eligible. Candidates need not be rich or famous, but should demonstrate career achievement and a real commitment to others. For each nomination, please submit two or three paragraphs describing the individual's personal merits. A resume is also required. Nominations will be accepted year-round.One award winner will be chosen for each category: Creative Arts and Design, Business, Community Service, Health Sciences, Technology, Recent Graduate, Entrepreneur, and Mohawk College Employee. Recipients will receive their awards at a special Alumni of Distinction Awards Dinner Celebration.
The Alumni of Distinction Awards offer an exciting opportunity, not only to honour some deserving people, but also to call the public's attention to the vital role Mohawk graduates play in the social and economic life of their communities!
