The Active Living Challenge is a great opportunity for you to make a lifestyle change!
How do I get involved?
The college with the highest number of participants will receive a plaque from the OCCCR distinguishing that college as the Most Active in Ontario.

- Download the activity tracking sheet - click here (PDF)
- Be active and record your time on the tracking sheet. Each session must be a minimum of 30 minutes. You are on the honor system!
- Submit your tracking sheet to the athletics department.

Reminder - Every participant of the Mohawk College Gymnasium and Fitness Centre will be required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). The PAR-Q is a one (1) page form to see if you should check with your doctor before becoming physically active. Visit the Fennell Campus Gym to complete your PAR-Q.
