Admission Requirements
Minimum requirements for admission to the Concurrent Disorders Graduate Certificate program
- Minimum two-year College diploma or University degree
- Preference given to applicants with Social Service Worker, Child and Youth
Worker, Health Sciences, or Educational Assistant Diplomas and Degrees - Working with individuals in a volunteer capacity is strongly recommended
- Program Orientation is strongly encouraged
Note: Candidates without the minimum educational requirements will not be considered.
Applicants should note that some employment opportunities require that certain physical standards must be met as a condition of employment. Registered students who have been convicted of an offense under the criminal code for which they have not been pardoned may be denied the opportunity to enter clinical placement.
Note: Students may be required to complete various Immunizations and Disease Screening protocol required by some field placement agencies. Students will be required to complete Communicable Disease Screening protocol before starting field placement.
