Program summary:

The Instructor for Blind and Visually Impaired - Orientation and Mobility program is offered at Mohawk College's Brantford Campus in Brantford, Ontario. This is the only full-time, English-speaking program of its kind in Canada. Students will learn to teach children and adults with visual disabilities to move safely, effectively, gracefully, purposefully and independently. The program incorporates a supervised, 12-week comprehensive (full-time) practicum.
