Program Summary:

The Instructor for Blind & Visually Impaired - Rehabilitation (Teaching) program is offered at Mohawk College's Brantford Campus in Brantford, Ontario. This is the only full-time, English-speaking program of its kind in Canada. Students will learn to teach children and adults with vision losses to develop or enhance their independent living, communication, leisure, and basic orientation and mobility skills. The program incorporates a supervised, 14-week comprehensive (full-time) practicum.
