PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

If you currently handle management responsibilities, or if you expect to assume a management role in the near future, you will find this program beneficial. It has been specially designed with a broad focus on organizational goals and strategic planning, to help you make the transition from your area of specialization to the management role. You will gain organizational skills to solve various management challenges. As a program graduate, you will be well equipped to manage now and in the future.
