- The CRN(s) (Course Registration Numbers) of the course(s) into which you wish to register

NOTE: If you have never attended Mohawk College, you may use the web registration option; your Student ID will be sent to you on your Registration Acknowledgement Form.

Mail-in registrations will be processed as received until courses are full. Please include a separate cheque or money order (payable to Mohawk College) for each course for which you are registering. We suggest this in case one of your courses is unavailable or waitlisted.
Courses with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled before the course starts. To avoid having your course cancelled, we suggest you register at least one week prior to the course start date.

NOTE: Registration by fax does not guarantee registration in the course. Acknowledgement of Registration will be mailed to you within 10 days of processing.
Courses with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled before the course starts. To avoid having your course cancelled, we suggest you register at least one week prior to the course start date.

You may complete the Registration Form then print it out and mail or fax it to the Continuing Education Registration Office.
