Registered Nurse - Occupational Health Nursing Certificate

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program prepares you to practice as an Occupational Health Nurse in various employment settings. The courses will enhance the knowledge and skills of experienced Occupational Health Nurses and will assist with meeting the application qualifications for the Canadian Nurses Association Speciality Certificate Examination (COHN-C).  All courses in this program are offered through Distance Education except Assessment Skills for Nurses (NRSGHZ215).  Check CE Health Sciences catalogue (link at bottom) for availability.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN or registered in the jurisdiction where you live.

To receive the certificate, you must successfully complete the following modules.  NOTE  Module 1 is a prerequisite for most subsequent courses unless prior approval from the instructor or Program Manager.
