Managing vast amounts of information is both time consuming and limiting so using project software allows work to be completed more efficiently. Become familiar with functions of project planning and scheduling, resource allocation and costing, progress monitoring and reporting. Required: MS Project 2010 software. Prerequisite: Introduction to Project Management (HRES10013). Multiple intakes available each term.
