Richard Padulo:

Richard Padulo cut his teeth in advertising when he was just fourteen years old and consequently worked in almost every department the advertising world had to offer during the 90's. After experiencing all of these aspects of agency life, Rich settled on strategy and account services.
Rich became an account director while working with clients such as Suzuki, The Bay, First Choice Haircutters, Simmons, Home Show and Rexall at his father's ad agency, Padulo.
He was later recruited by the government of Ontario, where he became the youngest marketing manager in the provincial government at that time. Although he enjoyed life as a public servant, Richard eventually returned to the private sector when former client Rexall hired him to consult on the branding of a new concept store.
During the past three years, Rich has helped build Immersion Media, a modern full-services advertising agency that focuses as much on experiential, sponsorship and social media as it does on TV and radio. His current clients include: Sears Services, PC Financial, Virgin Gaming, Jean Machine, bet365, Insignia Trading Inc., Home Depot, Rogers and Royal LePage.
