Advanced Standing
Transfer your course credits to save time and money.
If you have a diploma or a degree and are looking for study and work experience, this program is for you. Qualified scholars are eligible for direct entry and seats are limited in each program as determined by the coordinator of the program in question.
Your application for advanced standing will be processed and a file created. A counsellor will meet with a coordinator to discuss your credentials and transfer credits. Upon receipt of your request , a coordinator for your program would review your application, transcripts and course outlines to determine what level a student will advance to. Often a combination of courses are prescribed as part of a "modified program" to ensure student success and to meet the learning outcomes.This process takes considerably more time than a straight first semester admission so apply three months before the start of classes and please be patient.
