2nd ANNUAL MOHAWK COLLEGE MARKETING CHALLENGE WINNERSHAMILTON, ON – May 20, 2005: Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology hosted its second annual Mohawk College Marketing Challenge (MCMC) for high school students on May 18, 2005. This successful event welcomed students from secondary schools in the Hamilton, Brantford and surrounding region. For a full day, these students participated in various business events, experiencing all aspects of business and marketing.
This year there were six events with three winners per event. The high schools with the most successful teams were St. Thomas More, first place; Parkside, second place; and Waterdown and Pauline Johnson, tied for third place. “Each year Mohawk is pleased to facilitate the ‘Marketing Challenge’ and offer high school students an opportunity to explore the post-secondary options available at Fennell Campus,” stated Mohawk College President MaryLynn West-Moynes.
