The Mohawk College men’s basketball team fell behind 19-4 to start the game and never recovered in their 86-70 loss to Niagara County Community College of Sanborn New York, to complete play in an Invitational event hosted by Niagara College in Welland.
Orlando Hall from Toronto North Albion led the Mountaineers with 17 points while Gerard Fegan, the former Cambridge St. Benedict star, scored 11.
Mohawk’s next action will not be until Saturday January 8th when the Sheridan Bruins visit the Fennell Campus Gym to resume the OCAA Central Region schedule. Game time will be 7:00 pm.
