Mohawk College Students’ Athletics Committee High School Leadership Award
This award is designed to recognize a male and/or female high school graduating student who provides leadership and promotes Athletics, at their school, in any of the following ways:
- Promotes, participates or organizes Athletics and Recreation programs and Special Events throughout their high school career
- Serves on Student Council or Committees at their respective high school
- Demonstrates school spirit in a positive manner
- Mentors and recruits other students to participate
On behalf of the Mohawk College Students’ Athletic Committee and the Athletics & Recreation staff we are proud to announce that the Students’ Athletics Committee (S.A.C.) High School Leadership Awards have recently been presented to two very deserving candidates. These individuals are active participants and leaders in their school and we are proud to say that they are also attending Mohawk College in the Fall of 2007.
We trust that the efforts and talents displayed by these students during their high school years will continue and they will become an integral part of Athletics and Recreation while attending Mohawk College.
