Mohawk's Cull New "Ace" Of OCAA Volleyball

Mohawk College volleyball star Jasmin Cull has become the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association's all-time leader in serving aces.
Cull scored seven of them in the Mountaineers' 3-2 win over Sheridan College in Oakville, Tuesday January 15.
The fourth year power hitter from Ancaster has now accumulated 92 career aces, six more than Rich Vanderwier of Redeemer put together from 2002-06. Cull is also only two aces behind the single season standard of 38 set by Georgian's Eric Talsma in 2005-06.
He'll get the opportunity to eclipse that mark Saturday afternoon January 19 when St. Clair visits Mohawk's Fennell Gym at 4:00 pm.
