Super Rookie Reis Honoured
Forward Alex Reis of the Mohawk Mountaineers has been named to the OCAA West Region All-Rookie Basketball team. The first year Business Foundations student and graduate of Hamilton's Cathedral High School, was an integral part of a Mohawk side which was 3-5 in November, but turned things around dramatically to finish 11-7 and make the playoffs. Reis averaged 11.69 points in 13 games played for the Mountaineers. He also had 55 rebounds.
