Student Ambassador Program
Welcome to the 2012 Ambassador Program
The SAP (Student Ambassador Program) is for individuals that have volunteered for at least one semester and/or have shown excellent leadership skills. They are then given the opportunity to apply to become a Student Ambassador.
A SA (Student Ambassador) is someone who will exhibit leadership, commitment and contribute to the growth of the campus community. Some of the things you could be doing as an Ambassador are:
- Volunteer for campus events (such as Orientation, Open Houses, Information Sessions, Student Appreciation Days, and more)
- Be a student panelist or presenter
- Contribute your student work to projects or competitions
- Coordinate a campus activity
- Lead a project or student event
- Help give tours of the campus
- Represent Mohawk at community events
- Additional commitments refer to Commitment & Confidentiality Agreement forms
Eligibility:
Students that are registered in a full or part time program or CE course at Mohawk College. Students must have volunteered at Mohawk in past events. You must be in good academic standing with strong leadership skills.
