Academic Skills Counselling
Counsellors can share proven strategies and techniques about effective learning that will help with your academic success. We can teach you for example, how to prepare for tests and exams, take effective notes and deal with test anxiety. We can also work with you to find out if there are other problems, like time management or procrastination, which are getting in the way of being an effective learner.
You can meet with a counsellor individually at your campus or attend study skills workshops which are offered at most campuses on a regular basis throughout the academic year.
