What is ParaMed (Requisite™) ?
Requisite™ is a service approved by Mohawk College, that will review and validate that you have met your Non-Academic Requirements as identified by your program. ParaMed staff will meet with you face-to-face to review your Pre-placement Health Form and the supporting documentation. That information will be recorded and will determine your non-academic requirement status. Students who do not meet their non-academic requirements will not be able to participate in their placement.
Pre-Placement Health Forms, with all non-academic requirements met, are due to ParaMed one week before the start of your placement.
All documentation must be valid for the duration of the academic semester in which you are registered. It is the responsibility of the student to maintain and/or update their clearance status as necessary.
