Welcome to The Square, Student Services, Room C102

The Square on Main Street combines services previously offered at 17 different locations across Fennell campus. A team of more than 120 staff delivers a full range of services and supports to the 7,000 full-time and 8,700 Continuing Education students at this campus.

Potential students can visit the Discover Mohawk zone to book campus tours and explore day, evenings, weekend and distance education programs and courses.

New and returning students can print tickets at the self-serve kiosks for the Student Services Counter to get answers to questions, pay fees, register in CE courses, get student ID cards, and request transcripts or letters verifying enrolment, and more.

Come to the Welcome and Information desk to ask for directions, drop off completed forms, receive a ticket to advising services, and book or check in for appointments with Accessible Learning Services or Counselling.

Through Advising Services, applicants can talk to an Admissions advisor; students can meet with Financial Assistance advisors to help finance their education; new Canadians and International students can get help building pathways to career success through post-secondary education, support in making a transition to the Canadian college system, and tips on how to succeed and get involved.

Counselling and Accessible Learning Services provide confidential, professional support services such as academic and developmental support and accommodations.

Student Engagement and Employment helps with off-campus housing and campus employment and also provides opportunities for student involvement, volunteering, student leadership and Canadian experience.
