Alison Dunn has plenty of experience in the journalism field, having worked in a variety of media including print, online and broadcasting. She has worked as a business-to-business magazine editor, a freelance writer, a copy editor for a major Canadian newspaper chain and more.
Alison has been teaching at Mohawk College since 2017. She is currently a professor in both the Journalism and Pre-Media programs, as well as the program coordinator for Pre-Media.
Alison possesses a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Journalism from Ryerson University, as well as a Master of Education from the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education (OISE) from the University of Toronto.
