Rochelle Dickenson has been a professor at Mohawk College since January of 2015 having taught previously in a private career college setting. She teaches Administrative Law, Landlord Tenant Law, Tribunal Practice and Procedure, and Alternative Dispute Resolution courses and occasionally also teaches Criminal Law as well. Rochelle has an Honours degree in Criminology with a minor in Forensic Anthropology from the University of Windsor. She has also completed graduate studies in Alternative Dispute Resolution at York University and worked as a mediator for a number of years. Rochelle is a licensed Immigration Consultant registered with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), a paralegal licensed through the Law Society of Upper Canada and is a member of The Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators. Rochelle currently sits on the Executive Committee of the College of Midwives of Ontario where she conducts investigative and disciplinary panels and she also sits on the Discipline, Appeal, Review, and Complaints Committee of the ICCRC. Rochelle is a former Refugee Protection Officer with the Immigration and Refugee Board, former Diversion Program Coordinator in the provincial court system, and worked for the Federal Courts for over 13 years.
