Discuss legislation pertaining to labour relations, employment standards, employment equity, workers' compensation and human rights. 45 hours.
Personnel Research Techniques and HRIS – HRES10017
Study basic analytical techniques and research and design methodology relating to human resource information systems. Equivalent to: HRESHRM16 (HR Research & Info Systems). Prerequisite: MGMT10156 (Management in Human Resources). 42 hours.
