Diploma level anatomy and physiology course designed for students in Health Sciences or Health Care programs. Study the human body and apply the knowledge gained through assignments, projects and class discussions. Suitable for admission to Health Care programs and may be considered for advanced standing. Prerequisite: Grade 11 U or C biology or equivalent.

Icentia CardioSTAT ECG Analysis and Reporting – HSCI10239

Develop advanced ambulatory ECG analysis and reporting skills using Icentia’s CardioSTAT ECG analysis reporting tool (EART) software. EART software is an adjunct to the CardioSTAT ambulatory long-term ECG monitor.

Intravenous Therapy - RN/RPN – NRSGNSC90

Intended for RNs/RPNs who work with individuals who are receiving IV therapy. Covers anatomy and physiology, types of IV solutions, variety of equipment used, initiating IV therapy (venipuncture) and appropriate nursing care. Understand generally accepted practices for IV therapy. Certification for the skill remains the responsibility of the employing agency. Proof of current RN/RPN registration with the CNO required.
