Overview

Human-Machine Interfacing (HMI) is the essential component of any automation system. It is typically implemented using a software package on a personal computer that is collecting data in a manufacturing environment.

This program provides the Automation Professional with the skills to implement an effective HMI interface on an automation system; Work with Wonderware Software Intouch, Rockwell Software RSView and Trihedral Software Visual Tag System (VTS) to ensure familiarity with many HMI environments; Allen-Bradley controllers will be used for field interfaces. This program would be of interest to Electricians, Electrical Technologists, Technicians, Engineers as well as any System Integrators who are interested in industrial controls and automation.
