Primary duties

Locations:

  • Alcatraz Escape Rooms in Hamilton, Ontario
  • Ruze Escape Rooms in Burlington, Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and familiarize guests with the escape room experience upon their arrival.
  • Supervise escape room sessions, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction at all times.
  •  Offer timely hints or clues when sought by guests.
  • Reset rooms promptly after each session, ensuring a fresh experience for every group.
  • Drive sales through effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and poise.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members across both locations.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of both facilities.
  • Stay updated about ongoing promotions and events, and actively promote them to guests.
Skills and Experience Required

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service prowess.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales background or a keenness to learn.
  • Adept at problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.
  •  Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include weekends.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Previous experience in escape rooms or a similar industry is beneficial, but not mandatory.
