Primary duties
The position of a Sales Representative is an entry-level position reporting directly to the store manager. Sales Representatives sell retail products, goods and services to customers. Sales representatives work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
To be considered for the position of a Sales Representative:
- A candidate must currently be enrolled as a college student or higher, in an accredited institution.
