What is it?
The Be Well Do Well Peer Mentor Program matches students who have mental health issues with a mentor to discuss both personal and academic wellness goals and strategies.
What would we talk about?
Whatever you would like! This can include strategies for maintaining your personal and academic wellness, resiliency skills, goal setting, as well as connecting with resources and support on campus.
Who are the mentors?
Mentors are not counsellors, but second year Social Service Worker Students.
How will it fit into my schedule?
You only meet when you need to. One-on-one sessions are on Monday's and Tuesday's from 8:30AM-4:30PM.
