Student Rights and Responsibilities

The Manager of Student Rights and Responsibilities acts as the first point of contact for students and staff with issues under the Student Behaviour Policy (opens PDF, 2.7mb), Human Rights Policy (opens PDF, 2.5mb), Academic Appeals (opens PDF, 360kb) and Student Complaint Procedure (opens PDF, 79kb).

A full range of resolution services (consultation, facilitation, mediation, conciliation, conflict, coaching and debriefing) is available to assist with policy implementation or to address interpersonal and academic disputes or systemic issues.
