This is a virtual Zoom yoga practice. The gentle sequence centers healing, comfort, realignment, stress and emotional release. It is appropriate for all levels. These gentle body movements are developed by Black Yogi Nico Marie, a certified yoga instructor with over 5 years of experience teaching and making yoga accessible, especially to the Black community. She is also certified in Vinyasa Yoga and trauma-specific yoga.  She currently has over 200+ yoga & self-care related videos on her YouTube channel, Black Yogi Nico Marie and Instagram at @yogawithnico.
