Managing Stress and Building Resilience

Girl hugging a heart.
Mar 08

Managing stress over the long-term not only requires building strategies and skills to manage stressors and challenges, but also requires us to reframe how we think about stress. This workshop will help you identify and explore the root causes of your stress, and show you how to leverage support and resources so you can turn stressors, setbacks and challenges into opportunities for growth.

Facilitator: Kate Dunn.
