Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) are new technologies that offer many advantages for education and training. Mohawk has partnered with EON Reality, a world leader in providing 3D interactive technologies and solutions for training, education, manufacturing and entertainment. We are one of the first post-secondary institutions in Canada to start offering certificates in AR/VR and because of our partnership with EON we have several tools available for anyone of our faculty to use.
If you’re curious about how AR and VR can be used in your course or program, attend this introductory session to learn about the technology and participate in a design session to start realizing the potential of this technology.
Join Marilyn Powers, Professor and Coordinator, VR Programs to learn about AR/VR use cases and have input into how faculty might use AR/VR to enhance learning.
