Working with Restrictions and Release Conditions in eLearn

By the application of restrictions and special release conditions on Content, Quizzes, Dropboxes, Discussions and other tools, you can easily create conditions that force users on unique paths through your content and activities depending on their achievements or level of ability. Restrictions allow you to make a News post to certain students (for example, to those who did well in a quiz), make a module available only after a condition is met (for example, after an assignment is submitted), or make a Dropbox specifically available for a student with accessibility issues.

It is through the creation and application of Restrictions that you enable customized learning paths for users, and customized paths are a major component of many blended learning strategies.
