About the Hep C Team
Funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care and affiliated with Wayside House of Hamilton, the Shelter Health Hepatitis C Team is a multidisciplinary team of specialized Hepatitis C professionals dedicated to providing quality care to those who are living with,at risk of acquiring, or affected by, the Hepatitis C virus within the City of Hamilton or the Six Nations Reserve in Ohsweken, ON.
