CSEP - Financial Assistance Profile

Please read the following important information:

The CSEP - Financial Assistance Profile for the Fall 2019 and Winter 2020 semesters will be available starting August 19th until September 9th.

  • For you to be considered for a CSEP position you must be registered in full time status as per Ministry guidelines and you must demonstrate financial need as calculated by the Financial Assistance Office.
  • Students are required to be in good academic standing.
  • Not all students submitting for a CSEP position will be considered or interviewed for a position. Departments who have posted available positions will determine students they wish to interview and who will be the final hire.
  • Make sure to check your MyMohawk email address regularly for updates.  It is the student's responsibility to monitor and respond as requested.
  • Further information on the CSEP program can be found here.

Financial Assistance contacts students at their MyMohawk email address. Students completing and submitting their CSEP - Financial Assistance Profile application are responsible to read and review all messages from Financial Assistance. Students inquiring about their submission must send their inquiry from their MyMohawk email account. Students can indicate if they do not want to receive emails from Financial Assistance but notifications or updates to submissions will not be sent to an alternate email address.

All information submitted for the Campus Student Employment Program will be kept in strictest confidence. Any discussion regarding a submission will only be disclosed to the student applicant via their MyMohawk email.

**I certify that the information provided on this application and financial statement is, to the best of my knowledge, true and complete. Financial Assistance staff will review and confirm expenses and include resources not declared in a student budget.
