We would strongly recommend that you submit your transcript request through Ontario Colleges as soon as possible. Post-secondary transcripts requested on Ontario Colleges will often be sent within 3-4 business days.

If you have ever applied through Ontario Colleges, your high school transcripts should be associated with your account. If you require a new copy of your transcripts, it can take up to 10 business days to receive them.

What is the process for individuals who apply between September 9 and September 30?

For most programs, we are still able to support students by expediting their admission to programs, however they will not be able to fully complete an OSAP application in time to register and start their classes by the deadline to register (September 20). Students can still make appointments to bring in official transcripts, have offers re-extended, and add programs to their application. September 20, 2022 is also the last day to add, drop or withdraw from programs / courses for refund.

For select Business programs that start the week of September 26, October 7, 2022 will be the last day to add, drop or withdraw from programs / course for refund.

Can individuals book virtual and phone appointments to complete the next steps after they apply?
