E-mail for Employees

Learn how to add your employee Mohawk e-mail to your desktop or mobile device.

Employee E-mail in Outlook on desktops

Outlook is automatically configured when you sign in with your MohawkID. If you're experiencing a problem with Outlook at your workstation, contact the IT Service Desk.

Employee E-mail for iPhones and iPads

To add your Mohawk e-mail to your iOS device:

  1. Install Microsoft Outlook from the AppStore (new window).
  2. Open the Outlook app and enter your Mohawk employee e-mail address. Tap Add Account.

  3. After 10-15 seconds, tap Setup Account Manually when the button appears.

  4. Tap Exchange.

  5. Enter account and server information as shown. You may have to tap the Use Advanced Settings switch to show all options.
    • E-mail address: Your Mohawk e-mail
    • Password: Your MohawkID password
    • Description: Enter a description for this account
    • Server: webmail.mohawkcollege.ca
    • Domain: admin.mc.local
    • Username: Your 9-digit MohawkID

  6. Tap Sign In

Employee E-mail for Android Devices

  1. Download and install the Microsoft Outlook app from Google Play (new window).
  2. Open the Outlook app and enter your Mohawk employee e-mail address. Tap Continue.

  3. Tap the Advanced Settings switch to show all options. Enter account and server information as shown below.
    • Server: webmail.mohawkcollege.ca
    • Domain\Username: admin.mc.local\9-digit MohawkID
      E.g. If your MohawkID is 000101060, enter admin.mc.local\000101060
    • Password: Your MohawkID password
    • Description: Enter a description for this account

  4. Tap the check mark at the top left to sign in.
