Adding a Text Area to a Presentation

Step 1: Log in eLearn

Step 2: Open the ePortfolio tool

Select My Tools from the drop down menu and then click ePortfolio.

Step 3: Go to your presentation, click on the action arrow then click on Edit

Step 4: Click on Content/Layout

Step 5: Select the page you want to add the text box in, the click on Add Component in the Content Area

Step 6: Select Text area

Step 7: Give the text area a name and type in the content, when finished, click on Save and Close

Step 8: Done! The text area is now in place, you can reposition the text area with the up/down arrow to the right if needed

Step 9: Log Out

 

Always remember to log out and close the browser
