Important: To be a student leader, you must be registered for a program at Mohawk College in the semester in which you are applying .

Though LSC services may be delivered online, employees must reside within Ontario for tax purposes. Although many of our employees are currently working remotely, all employees are expected to be able to work on campus as required.


We are always looking for responsible, resourceful, innovative, and dedicated students to enhance the centre's growing Student Leadership team! 

We are proud to offer academic support to Mohawk College students through our Student Leaders. Our Student Leader positions include:

  • PASS Leaders - For MATH 10083/10067, MATH 10084/MA101, MATH 10037, MATH MA179, MATH 10008

  • You must be actively enrolled in a Mohawk College program
  • A preference of 80% GPA or higher (all students encouraged to apply)
  • A satisfactory reference from a Mohawk College instructor
  • A minimum of 80% or higher in courses willing to support (85% or higher for PASS)
  • Be in second semester or higher
  • Passion for helping others and engaging with peers
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and resilient
  • Respectfully able to engage with a diverse student population
