We are committed to your success through the following peer-to-peer services:
Peer Tutoring - Course Content Help
Writing & Communications Help
The Learning Support Centre is a space that houses five areas that support student academic learning.
Each area is facilitated with a peer-to-peer, student leadership model.
These areas are:
- Content Peer Tutoring
- Writing Help
- Math Help
- Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS)
- Workshops and Events
Overall, the purpose of the Centre is to promote student success through differentiated spaces (individual, small and large group) for both student study and the delivery of peer-to-peer support services.
We are committed to the learning and development of both the students who use our services and the student leaders who support the delivery of these services.
Through 1:1 and group peer support at the Learning Support Centre, students will demonstrate confidence in their knowledge of course content and transferrable critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
Through working within the Learning Support Centre and engaging in ongoing training, Student Leaders will develop professional leadership attributes by enhancing critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
