Our classes are offered at the Fennell Campus in a supportive learning environment with access to computer labs, library, and resource centres to assist learning and career planning! 

The Programs for Newcomers are funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and are FREE to eligible participants.

Who is eligible to register in the Free Programs for Newcomers?

These programs are for you if:

  • You are a permanent resident of Canada or protected person (with Notice of Decision) who lives in Ontario
  • You meet the minimum Canadian Language Benchmark required for the program of your interest.
