Campus Student Employment Confirmation of Hire Form Process

In order to confirm your CSEP student, please complete and submit either the "previously worked at the Mohawk" or "never worked at Mohawk" packages (see below). All of the contract paperwork and must be received and provided to the CSEP Administrator prior to your CSEP student working in your area.

 

Steps to confirming and hiring your CSEP student:

  1. Ensure that your student has been approved to work as a CSEP student.
  2. Complete and submit the student contract pages (located in the dropdowns below).
  3. All students are encouraged to attend the CSEP Orientation. A separate email invite will be sent to students with additional details.

Any incomplete, missing or late documentation will delay the start date of the student and may impact student pay timelines.

Print and submit ALL of the RETURNING STUDENT CONTRACT PDF pages to:

All pages must be completed and signed by the student and Admin Supervisor.
