Campus Student Employment Confirmation of Hire Form Process

In order to confirm your CSEP student, please complete and submit either the "previously worked at the Mohawk" or "never worked at Mohawk" packages. All of the contract paperwork and Confirmation of Hire must be received and approved by Financial Assistance prior to your CSEP student working in your area.

Steps to Confirming and Hiring Your CSEP Student:

  1. Ensure that your student has been approved to work this semester by Financial Assistance as a CSEP student.
  2. Complete and submit the student contract pages.

Students who have previously worked at Mohawk

Print and submit ALL of the RETURNING STUDENT CONTRACT (opens PDF) pages to: The Square (Fennell Campus), Attn: David Ragona. All 4 pages must be completed and signed by the student and Admin Supervisor.

Students who have never worked at Mohawk

Print and submit ALL of the NEW STUDENT CONTRACT (opens PDF) pages to: The Square (Fennell Campus), Attn: David Ragona. All 11 pages must be completed and signed by the student and Admin Supervisor.

3. All students are highly encouraged to attend the CSEP Orientation. A separate email invite will be sent to students and supervisors with additional details.

Any incomplete, missing or late documentation will delay the start date of the student and may impact student pay timelines.
