Whether you are working in a group or individually, we have the learning space for you!

Different types of learning spaces are available at each campus library. Some group spaces can be booked online ahead of time. Visit our Group Space Booking page to see what types of spaces are available.

Group Study Spaces

Group space is available in The Collaboratory, bizHUB and IAHS library. Group study space is also available in the Study Hall a separate room located in the Cummings Library at the Fennell campus.

Guidelines:

  •  Collaborative study
  •  Regular conversation
  •  Cell phones on vibrate
  •  Headphones required for viewing online videos or listening to electronic devices

Quiet Study Spaces

Quiet study spaces are available in the Cummings, IAHS and Stoney Creek libraries.

Guidelines:

  • Individual study
  • Low level conversation
  • Cell phones on vibrate
  • Headphones required for viewing online videos or listening to electronic devices

Silent Study Spaces

Silent study spaces are available in the Cummings and Stoney Creek libraries.

Guidelines:

  • Individual study only
  • No conversation
  • Cell phones on vibrate
  • No viewing online videos or listening to electronic devices

Presentation Rooms

Presentation rooms are for students to use for practicing, recording or working on presentations. The bizHUB, located in the iWing, has 3 bookable presentation rooms. The bizHUB Recording and Presentation Room is for students who need a quiet space to record presentations or videos. These are not group study rooms!
